More pressing than Xmas is Mother’s Day. Anyone can get Mum champers, choccies, flowers or perfume, but how about thinking outside the square and getting her a copy of Dreamer, Drifter, Drunk?

G’day, I hope life is treating you well, wherever you may be and whatever you may be doing at this time of year. I’m slaving over a hot computer – not hot as in “stolen” or hot as in “attractive”, but hot as in the keyboard has been burning since Dreamer, Drifter, Drunk arrived from the printers on November 27.

The main aim of the website is to promote my two businesses: Mr Smudge Books and Stats What I’m Talking About. The reclusive Mr Smudge is the senior cat of the household – the other “regulars” are Marvin (Mr Smudge’s nemesis), Mr Snow (Marvin’s brother) and Ginja Ninja (a young lad with territorial tendencies).
